This diet was created by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, famous for being Madona's trainer.  Tracy Anderson Method This is one of the latest fad diets many popular celebrities have adopted to lose weight quickly. The plan calls for 14 jars of baby food each day, and can be followed by a normal healthy dinner or not. Belly Fat Diet


Developed by celebrity fitness trainer Jorge Cruise. He claims you can lose 4 to 9 pounds of belly fat each week without bothering to count calories or do any exercise. He says you can eat lots of junk foods like pizza, burgers, and ice cream, but the key is limiting the intake of sugar and processed carbohydrates.
This diet says eating protein, fats and vegetables and a small amount of sugar and complex carbs is the way to go. Processed foods are out. You can drink beer and wine, but not cocktails.  Dark chocolate is ok, but not fruit. Dieters are advised to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. But, most fresh fruits, and beverages such as skim milk and fruit juice, are said to be belly bad.
